The American National Kyudo Seminar will be held July 6-10, 2005 in Hayward, California. The Hanshi Hachidan instructors from Japan will be Ishikawa Sensei, Usami Sensei and Kubota Sensei. 13 members of Bi Toku Kyudo Kai will attend.
The Kyudojo floor has been refinished - smoothed, stained and polyurethaned. No more ridges for stopping your Ashibumi. Thanks for all of the great work from Daniel Kim, Louis Riffe, Don Naumann, John Shaw, Len Henry and Vincent Brown.
In celebration of the announcement of an upcoming international competition, we practiced 5 person competition style shooting in our 3 person Kyudojo. Don Naumann won the competition with 5 hits out of 8 shots.
